ADÉ SPA POLICY

**Massage and Spa Policy** At ADÉ SPA , we are committed to providing you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Please read and understand the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

 

1. Appointments - All appointments must be booked in advance. - To ensure the best experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. - If you are a new client, we may ask you to fill out a brief health questionnaire and Consent form before your first appointment.

 

2. Cancellations - **Client Cancellations:** We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a **100% charge** for the scheduled service. - **Owner/Therapist Cancellations:** In the rare event that your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled by the owner or therapist, you will be given as much notice as possible, and you will not be charged for the missed appointment. - **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive late for your appointment, your service will still end at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.

 

3. Payment & Refunds - All services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. - A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking for certain services or packages. - **Refunds:** Refunds will not be issued unless the service was canceled by the owner/therapist or due to an error on our part. - Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or gift certificates.

 

4. Gift Certificates - Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. - Gift certificates must be presented at the time of the appointment or purchase.

 

5. Behavior & Etiquette - We ask that all clients behave in a respectful manner during their visit. - If any inappropriate behavior occurs, including sexual misconduct, the session will be immediately terminated, and the full service fee will still be charged. - Mobile phones should be turned off or silenced during the session to maintain a peaceful environment.

 

6. Health Considerations - Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your appointment. - If you are pregnant or have any other specific health concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider before booking a service. - Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients with specific health conditions; your therapist will advise you accordingly
